Schmid writes: “It will be the first exhibition of this kind, where 70 professional women artists from the fields of Fantastic Art, Magic Realism, Neo-surrealism, Lowbrow or similar genres from all over the world can be seen together.“
The exhibition opens Friday night, the 24/07/2015 and is on in until November in Veichtach, Bavaria, Germany. Located in the hills of Bavaria is the town of Viechtach, which has a presence in the Fantastic Art scene far larger than that of its size, and some cities known for this art direction. For the past 8 years Fantastic Art exhibitions have been a major feature of the region’s cultural calendar, being professionally promoted by the local government’s tourist department, attracting the attention of city media, visitors and collectors alike. The painting above is available from the exhibition and the original sketch is available to purchase from my store.
